1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Evergrove Goods, a trading name of Assago Ltd, registered at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use our site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
All Evergrove Goods products are made to order and produced by our trusted printing partners after you place your order.
- We work to display product colors and details accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.
- Because items are printed individually, minor variations in print placement and color are normal and are not considered defects.
- Product images and mockups are for illustration and may differ slightly from the final product.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
- If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. ORDERS
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud, unauthorized purchases, or pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
- You may request changes or a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Orders typically take 2-5 business days to produce, plus shipping time. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
- You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot replace or refund orders lost or returned due to an incorrect address.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because every item is made just for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
If you submit text, names, images, or other content for a personalized product:
- You confirm you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
- You are responsible for checking spelling and details before ordering. We print exactly what you submit.
- We may refuse content that is offensive, illegal, hateful, or infringing.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including designs, artwork, logos, text, and images, belongs to Evergrove Goods or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any rights to the design.

10. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm the site or its users
- Submit false information or make fraudulent purchases
- Copy or scrape our content or designs

11. REVIEWS & COMMUNICATIONS
Reviews, comments, or photos you submit may be displayed on our site and social channels. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them. We may remove content at our discretion.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our site uses third-party services for payments, printing, shipping, and analytics. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as stated in our Return & Refund Policy, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evergrove Goods will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evergrove Goods and its owners, partners, and suppliers from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or content you submit for personalized products.

16. PRIVACY
